塔苦菜，又名乌塌菜、塔菜、塌菜、塌棵菜、塌地松、黑菜等，为十字花科芸苔属芸苔种白菜亚种的一个变种，以墨绿色叶片供食，原产中国，主要分布在长江流域。乌塌菜的叶片肥嫩，可炒食、作汤、凉拌，色美味鲜，营养丰富。
